WELCOME TO THE ''MINI SCOTTISH HIGHLAND CATTLE CANADA''

*Our Story: A Labor of Love ❤️*

Bonjour! I’m thrilled to share our family’s journey with you. Growing up in the French countryside, my family and I were surrounded by the majestic highland cattle. We’d spend our childhood exploring the rolling hills, learning the ins and outs of breeding these gentle mini giants – and later, their micro miniature counterparts. Our love for these animals only grew stronger with time, and soon, mini donkeys joined our family too.

In 2000, we made the big move to the United States, settling in Sheridan, Indiana, where we established our farm. As our herd grew, so did our dreams. A move to Kansas City, Missouri, allowed us to expand our operation, and we’re now proud to call this beautiful city our home.

What drives us? Simple: passion. We’re not in this for the money; we’re in it for the love of these incredible animals. Each one holds a special place in our hearts, and we pour our hearts into breeding, raising, and caring for them. Our miniature highland cattle, mini horses, and mini donkeys are more than just animals – they’re family.

Our goal is to share these amazing breeds with the world. We’ve had the privilege of working with top vets across the US, and our animals have found loving homes in Europe, Asia, and Australia. We’re committed to finding the best fit for each animal, and that means only sending them to families who’ll treat them like part of the family.

If you’re looking for a new furry friend, we’d love to hear from you! We’re dedicated to helping you find the perfect companion. Get in touch, and let’s start a conversation about bringing a piece of our family to yours.

WHY WE STANDOUT FROM OTHERS

What Makes Our Scottish Highland Cattle Unique:

Our micro-mini Scottish Highland cattle are ridiculously cute. They are handled regularly from birth so they are calm and docile, and make wonderful loving pets. Your calf will be weaned, and taught to lead with a halter prior to sale. We will help arrange transport if needed and advise you on feeding and vaccination to keep your mini moo healthy.

We are committed to a generational reduction in the size of our calves, making them even more manageable and suitable for various homesteads.

We have the ability to personally deliver calves close to us

We have experience with safely shipping our calves through several airlines

We have helped deliver our calves across the nation, so don’t be afraid

WHY WE ARE BEST

Our cattle enjoy miles and miles of luscious grass, blue skies, and open range while still interacting with us daily. Whether it’s putting out salt and mineral, checking their water, or spoiling them with cattle cake, these animals are our way of life. Calves are required to be picked up/delivered by 4 months of age. If unable to do so, we are able to provide continued calf care for $1/day until pick up/delivery.

Miniature cattle are great for small acreages. They can be anywhere to 1/2 or even 1/3 the size of standard cattle, so, therefore, require less feed and land. We encourage the ration of one miniature cow per ½ to 1-acre grass with good quality hay during the winter months.
